The Elf Show
Your adventure begins with a lively, interactive Elf Show at the shop stage. Full of laughter, music, and festive cheer!

Letters to Father Christmas with Mrs Mary Christmas
Next, step into the grand castle’s dining room, where Mrs Mary Christmas welcomes you to write your very own letter to Santa. She shares stories of the North Pole and the preparations for Christmas Eve. Once your letter is complete, post it straight to Santa before continuing your adventure.

Reindeer Food Making
take the elves’ message to the reindeer food room, where you’ll help to create a special mix of magical reindeer food to take home. Meet our “reindeer” and snap festive family photos.

Christmas Trail
A woodland journey through the castle’s enchanting grounds. A festive trail filled with surprises and a scavenger hunt along the way.

Meet Father Christmas
Your adventure concludes with a visit to Father Christmas himself in his beautifully decorated grotto inside the castle. Each child will enjoy a personal chat, share their Christmas wishes, and receive a small gift to take home. Santa might even surprise you with how much he already knows about you.

Grinch’s Grotto
He didn’t get an invite but he showed up anyway, and he doesn’t seem very happy about it! A perfect opportunity to snap your family’s Christmas photos.

Christmas Market
Before you leave, explore the castle courtyard transformed into a traditional Christmas market. Enjoy festive treats, toast marshmallows, browse for gifts, and soak in the atmosphere of a truly magical setting.
Gwrych Castle Christmas Adventure is a heartwarming, family-friendly experience that captures the spirit of the season. From the laughter of the elves to the sparkle of the castle lights, every moment is designed to create lasting memories.

Show times are set. To give enough time for parking and booking in, please arrive 10 minutes before your session begins.

Marshmallow toasting, food, drinks and Christmas market purchases are optional extras – All activities are otherwise included.

Tickets are limited – early booking is recommended.
